Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint

In accordance with Art. 10 para. 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14), we would like to inform consumers that they may file a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the service provided in writing, by post to:

We will respond to the written complaint of the consumer in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so please provide us in your complaint your contact address for delivery of the response.

Obavijest o načinu podnošenja pismene žalbe potrošača

Sukladno čl. 10. st. 3. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (Narodne novine 41/14), želimo obavijestiti potrošače da mogu podnijeti žalbu u kojoj će izraziti svoje nezadovoljstvo pruženom uslugom, poštom, na adresu:

Na pisanu žalbu potrošača odgovorit ćemo u pisanom obliku najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana primitka reklamacije, zato nam u svojoj žalbi navedite svoju kontakt adresu za dostavu odgovora.
